“Albesi”, also known as “Tajarin”, is a long, thin type of pasta from northern Italy. This traditional pasta, made with semolina flour and eggs, has been enhanced by our addition of Black Summer Truffle. Our Albesi pasta is coarse and rustic, enriched with our special touch.

To enjoy our Albesi Pasta with Truffle, we recommend you follow the cooking instructions on the packet and to stop the pasta boiling by adding cold water before draining. The perfect accompaniment is a knob of truffle butter, but this tasty pasta will pair well with any sauce.
INGREDIENTS
Durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs 20%, summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring. Keep in a cool and dry place. Cook in salted boiling water for 3 minutes.
