Our Artichokes in Oil are perfect for a wide range of quick, tasty dishes. They make a great starter or an ideal side to a hot meal. In Emilia-Romagna, artichokes in oil are traditionally combined with cured meats. Drain the artichokes from their oil for a few minutes. Grill them and add a pinch of salt for a tasty side dish to serve with grilled meat or fish. Alternatively, you can sauté them in a pan with a little bit of extra-virgin olive oil. Add salt and a sprig of rosemary and other herbs to taste. Serve them as a side dish or a starter, covered with shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.
