Black summer truffle
With a delicate flavour and rich aroma, Black Summer Truffles can be paired with a wide range of dishes. Because they cope well with high temperatures, they can be fried in oil or butter to serve with pasta dishes such as tagliatelle or in a truffle risotto. Black Summer Truffles are the most common of the fresh truffles and available for much of the year.
