Pair our Bolognese Meat Sauce – Traditional Version with tagliatelle (not spaghetti!) for a classic Italian meal – just follow these simple steps. Cook enough egg pasta for 2–3 people (you can buy it ready-made or try making your own). Cook the tagliatelle until it is “al dente”. In the meantime, heat the Meat Sauce in a large pan. When the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan and stir well. You can also use our Bolognese Meat Sauce – Traditional Version to make a delicious Lasagne al Forno – another classic dish from Emilia-Romagna.
