For the perfect Italian Spaghetti alla Carbonara, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. In the meantime, pour the jar of Carbonara Sauce into a non-stick pan and cook on a low heat. Add a ladleful of the pasta water to obtain a creamy mixture. Stir the pasta into the sauce and serve with grated Pecorino Romano PDO to taste. All it takes is a few simple steps to enjoy an authentic Carbonara dish.
INGREDIENTS
For 100g of product: aged cheek lard 48g (pork cheek, salt, spices, natural flavors), water, Pecorino Romano PDO cheese 20g, pecorino cheese 20g, egg yolk 12g, emulsifying salts: sodium citrates; black pepper. After opening, keep refrigerated. GLUTEN-FREE.
