Our Chianina Beef Meat Sauce contains only the finest Chianina beef, famous for its lean, tasty meat that is easy to digest. Cooked slowly at a low temperature and containing only high-quality ingredients such as extra-virgin olive oil and Cervia sea salt, this Ragù has a unique flavour which will enhance any dish, not just pasta. A little pinch of Tuscan tradition for everyone to enjoy!

Our Chianina Beef Meat Sauce is ideal for serving a “white” version of Lasagne Bolognese. In an ovenproof dish, layer alternating sheets of lasagne with our Ragù and béchamel sauce. Sprinkle plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano over the top layer and bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes. A 200-gram jar of Chianina Beef Meat Sauce is enough for 3 portions. For a quick and tasty starter, serve some Ragù on our warmed Tigelle or on crostini.
