Our Cooked Mountain Pesto, prepared with carefully selected ingredients, brings these rich flavours to your table. Our Cooked Mountain Pesto is ready to use and just needs to be heated up. Traditionally, it can be used as a filling for local Tigelle and borlenghi flatbreads. Heat some Cooked Mountain Pesto in a bain-marie or pan, then spread it onto Tigelle flatbreads or slices of bread and sprinkle plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano on top. Use it to liven up a dish of pasta shapes, gnocchi or tagliatelle – just heat up some Cooked Mountain Pesto in a pan with a little of the pasta water for a delicious rustic sauce. Why not spread it over potatoes instead of oil before roasting them? Or use it as a rub on meat before barbecuing or roasting it?

Tomato puree, beef 24%, pork 16,3%, cured ham 7,7% (pork, salt), tomato paste, extravirgin olive oil, carrots, onion, celery, sea salt. After opening, keep refrigerated. GLUTEN-FREE.
