Use a jar of our Deer Meat Sauce to make an excellent two-portion lasagne. Butter an ovenproof dish and sprinkle over some breadcrumbs. Pour some béchamel sauce over the base of breadcrumbs to prevent the pasta from becoming too dry. Add a layer of egg pasta, some béchamel sauce and some Deer Meat Sauce, and continue alternating these to create 4 layers. Finish with a layer of béchamel and top with plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano. Bake at 180°C for about half an hour, then serve. Tip: The flavours in this dish are very strong, so go easy with the salt!

Deer meat 54%, tomato puree, pork belly 9%, red wine, celery, carrot, extra virgin olive oil, onion, brandy, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, laurel, rosemary, sage. After opening, keep refrigerated. GLUTEN-FREE.
