Fontal is made from unpasteurised milk, produced from cows that are exclusively pasture grazed. We process the cheese following a short maturation period, so that it retains its sweet taste and delicate aroma. The unmistakable aroma of Black Truffle gives the product a sophisticated touch.

Heat some Fontal Cheese Spread with Black Summer Truffle gently in a pan to make your filled pasta dish sing. Alternatively, finish off your risotto by stirring in a spoonful as a substitute to the traditional butter and parmesan.
