As part of a traditional Bologna meal, we suggest serving our Friggione Bolognese with boiled meat or a casserole of white meat. You can also prepare tasty antipasti by heating up some Friggione in a bain-marie and spreading it on some toasted homemade bread. It also goes well with polenta. Cook the polenta, ensuring it stays very soft, and turn it out onto a plate. Pour some warmed Friggione Bolognese over the top and add plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano.
