Our Parmigiano Reggiano Spread with White Truffle is the perfect product to make any pasta dish special. Heat a small amount in a pan with a little of the pasta water to produce a soft sauce that will melt in your mouth. Once it has reached the right consistency, stir your preferred pasta into the Spread. You can create a real gourmet dish by garnishing it with a generous portion of grated fresh white truffle.
