Our Poultry and Rabbit Meat Sauce is perfect for preparing a quick plate of pasta, just follow these simple steps. Cook enough egg pasta for 2–3 people (you can buy it ready-made or try making your own). We recommend using particularly coarse pasta, so the sauce clings to each mouthful. Cook the egg pasta until it is “al dente”. In the meantime, heat a jar of Poultry and Rabbit Meat Sauce in a large pan. When the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan and stir well. You can also use our Poultry and Rabbit Meat Sauce to make a delicious Lasagne al Forno – another classic dish from Emilia-Romagna.

Meat 43% (rabbit, chicken, turkey), vegetable broth (water, vegetable concentrate (carrot, onion, leek) salt, white pepper, rice flour), pork belly 7%, celery, carrot, onion, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, sea salt, sage, rosemary.
