Our Roe Deer Meat Sauce pairs perfectly with egg pasta such as tagliatelle or pappardelle, but it also works well as a sauce for gnocchi or potato ravioli. Just heat the sauce in a large pan for a few minutes and stir in your preferred pasta as soon as it is cooked. If you want to try something different, try spreading some of the sauce on Tigelle flatbreads for a classic Emilia-Romagna snack.
