Pour 5 litres of water and a spoonful of salt into a pan. When the water starts to boil, add the Tagliatelle and cook for the time indicated on the packet. Only stir the pasta once it has cooked. Drain it and add the sauce. We recommend serving this pasta shape with our Traditional Bolognese Ragù.
