Our ready-to-use Tomato Sauce with Culatello could not be simpler. Cook your preferred pasta according to the instructions on the packet until it is “al dente”. In the meantime, heat a jar of Tomato Sauce with Culatello in a large pan. A 200-gram jar of sauce is enough for 2–3 portions. When the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan and stir well so that it is coated in the sauce. Top with grated Parmigiano Reggiano to taste. Our Tomato Sauce with Culatello also makes an excellent accompaniment for tasty homemade polenta.
