Our Tomato Sauce with Onion and Prosciutto can be used in a range of pasta, meat and side dishes. It pairs well with any pasta shape. Our recipe suggestion: heat some sauce gently in a pan, add 400 g of peas and cook on a medium heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally. Add some hot water as needed to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Season with salt and your choice of herbs. This tasty side dish can be served with meat or fish dishes, or a frittata.
