L’Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena Dop Affinato nasce dalle migliori uve modenesi. Il mosto d’uva cotto viene fatto invecchiare per almeno 12 anni in piccole botti di legni diversi, ognuno dei quali contribuisce a rendere unico il sapore di questo condimento.
Viene imbottigliato nell’unica bottiglia riconosciuta idonea per ospitare questo prezioso Balsamico: la bottiglia “Giugiaro”.
