Our Truffle Acacia Honey is perfect paired with strongly flavoured cheeses, such as Formaggio di Fossa and Parmigiano Reggiano. It also goes well with aged cheeses like Gorgonzola, where the strong flavour contrasts with the sweetness of the honey. But you can also use it as a sugar substitute to prepare desserts with unexpected, original flavours.
