Our Truffle Sauce has an intense, pungent flavour, bursting with the rich aroma of black truffles. Its coarse texture makes it ideal for use in every part of a meal – from antipasti to meat dishes. Why not spread it on some toasted bread as a starter or combine it with some finger food? It pairs perfectly with pasta, to make an easy and delicious truffle tagliatelle. Alternatively, you can stir some into a steak tartare or serve it with roasted meat.
INGREDIENTS
Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 50%, olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3,2%, black olives, salt, flavouring. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening. GLUTEN-FREE.
