The delicate flavours in our White Truffle Sauce make it suitable for a range of uses in the kitchen. We recommend using it undiluted to enjoy its flavour fully. It’s perfect for adding to delicious starter: spread on warm crostini or in a vol-au-vent. We also suggest you try stirring some into a truffle risotto or as a marinade for meat cutlets. It pairs very well with roasted meat and soft polenta.
